Because respect for the environment is a fundamental part of our business, we are committed to complying with environmental regulations, making more efficient use of natural resources and minimising our waste, and applying the best pollution prevention techniques to meet our ambitions. Our quality department works with the Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machine. It is a high-precision 3D measuring device for a range up to 1.5 m.<\/p>

The measuring device enables easy switching between different sensor technologies with just a few simple steps due to a common interface. In addition to innovative options such as measuring in four axes by means of a flexible rotary table, an automated probe changing system or the HTG option (for larger temperature ranges).<\/p>

Designed specifically for manufacturing, the 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine is ready to use in seconds and allows the operator to measure parts and assemblies quickly, easily and accurately.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The 3D coordinate measuring machine is ideally suited for quality control tasks such as statistical process control (SPC) or for determining form and position tolerances (GD&T).
Other possible applications are first article inspections, 3D inspections of car body parts or dimensional analyses of composite tools. The 3D coordinate measuring machine replaces conventional measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
Thanks to the intuitive measuring software of this market-leading CMM from Zeiss, we can quickly and easily create customized workflows for repeated part measurements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
