Our employees manufacture the parts for our own products and carry out orders for our customers from individual parts to medium series. Special emphasis is placed on the machining of cast aluminium as well as general turning, milling and drilling work on a wide variety of materials.

9 CNC turning centres

On our turning centres, we produce individual parts and samples as well as small and medium-sized series according to customer drawings. Materials such as aluminium, steel, brass, copper and plastics are processed.

With these modern machines we are able to offer cost-optimised manufacturing. Machining operations that go beyond normal turning (e.g. off-centre drilling, threading or milling work, etc.) can be carried out in a milling machine with the turning operations in one set-up without the need for additional fixtures.

16 CNC MACHINING CENTRES

Our core competence at the machining centres is the machining of aluminium castings. The machining fixtures are designed and manufactured in-house. The machining centres of the brand Quaser are all compatible with each other. This ensures a high degree of flexibility.
