The strong one

The EDER Powerwinch 1800 convinces by lightness and great power. It pulls 125 times its own weight and can work in any position. A light synthetic rope of any length is used. During operation it passes through the EDER Powerwinch 1800 and can be directly stowed away in the practical transport bag.

Gear shift

The gear shift allows the force/speed ratio to be adjusted to the situation at hand.
1st gear: 1,800 kg traction force at 12 m/min
2nd gear: 900 kg traction force at 24 m/min

Operation

The EDER Powerwinch 1800 is controlled outside the danger zone. By pulling lightly on the rope, the throttle trigger of the control unit is moved and the winch starts to pull.

Rope brake

Maximum safety thanks to the rope brake! As soon as the operator releases the rope, the winch stops and the rope is clamped in the brake. This prevents the load from slipping back unintentionally. The brake can, however, be released on purpose.

What can I do if grease leaks from the ball head or gear shift?

Some excess grease may leak from the ball head or gear shift, this is not a sign of a defective winch.
