The EDER – Winch 500 B is characterized by a low weight of only 6.5 kg, with a continuous lifting and pulling capacity of 500 kg. The winch can be used for all applications where loads are lifted or pulled, e.g. game recovery, pulling trailers, pulling cables or transporting building materials.
Matching accessories such as a rigging plate, slinging aid or trailer coupling make the EDER – Winch 500 B even more flexible. In addition, the pulling force can be increased by up to a factor of 7 to 3.5 t using suitable deflection pulleys.

Operation
The EDER – WINCH 500 B is controlled outside the danger zone. By pulling lightly on the rope, the throttle trigger of the control unit is moved and the winch starts to pull.
Rope brake
Maximum safety thanks to the rope brake! As soon as the operator releases the rope, the winch stops and the rope is clamped in the brake. This prevents the load from slipping back unintentionally. The brake can, however, be released on purpose.

EDER - rigging plate for EDER - WINCH 500 B
Weight: 5,2 kg Dimensions: 470x240x170mm Max. Lifting force with EDER - Winch 500 B: 500kg Max. payload: 1000 kg The EDER – rigging plate enables the lifting and lowering of dynamically falling loads of up to 1000 kg via the rigid bollard. The rigging plate is attached to the boom with tensioning straps and the winch can then be conveniently attached to the bollard using pins.
EDER - Slinging aid for EDER - WINCH 500 B
Weight: 1,4 kg Dimensions: 177x120x75mm Max. payload: 750 kg The slinging aid is conveniently attached to a suitable attachment point (e.g. tree trunk) using a tensioning strap. The EDER - Winch 500 B is then attached to the slinging aid using a pin. The winch is now in the perfect working position and can align itself with the load. This means that the winch always remains in position even without a taut working cable and is not in danger of hitting the ground.
EDER - Trailer coupling for EDER - WINCH 500 B
Weight: 0,36 kg Dimensions: 200x80x70 mm Max. payload: 750 kg The trailer coupling for the EDER - Winch 500 B is suitable for all conventional ball head trailer couplings. First the trailer coupling is placed over the ball head, then the Winch 500 B is attached to the trailer coupling using a plug-in bolt.
